Bee pollen (the food young bees collect) is a complete superfood that contains approximately 40% protein. Bee pollens are rich in free amino acids, vitamins, including B-complex, and folic acid.
Bee pollen can be an effective remedy for allergies and hay fever, if taken regularly. How? Well by administering small amounts of the local allergens into your body to stimulate your immune system, your body will automatically start producing antibodies to those allergens, and will therefore start to eliminate allergic reactions in the future.
Bee pollen contains all the nutrients needed to sustain life and it is commonly used to increase energy, treat depression, improve mental ability, protect against insufficiencies in vitamins and minerals, and so much more. It can be found in your local health food store.
